Propertyskipper.com initially launched in Bermuda in January 2013 and has rapidly expanded since inception and now advertises the listings of over 30 real estate agents in Bermuda.

“The pace of change in user habits needed to be considered carefully in the relaunch - in 2013 two-thirds of traffic to the site in Bermuda was desktop, that is now just 50% as mobile and tablet usage continues to climb - we do not see this trend changing in Bermuda. The continued roll out of faster internet / 4G, will greatly enhance mobile capabilities on the island and we wanted our website to be ready for this second stage of growth.”
