Roderick DeCouto Real Estate have launched an all new website adding interactive virtual tours to listings. Interactive 360 virtual tour technology allows the user to view a property from their desk top or mobile and get a ‘real feel’ for the property by conducting a virtual walk through of the property. Roderick DeCouto Real Estate is the first and only agency in Bermuda to implement a virtual tour that is truly interactive and showcases listings like no other. This technology has become more commonplace in the U.S.A. and Europe over the last few years as ‘time poor’ house hunters become increasingly reliant on the internet for their property search.
