Kim Sheen Properties has announced it will be adding 3D virtual tours to their property listings. This will enable users to literally walk through a property from anywhere in the Globe. The tours are powered by the Matterport 3D Media platform which enables capture, edit and share of 3D models of properties. Aside from the 3D Virtual Tour where house hunters can fully view each room in the property, the Matterport system also provides a ‘Dollhouse’ view which gives homebuyers a completely unique 3D floorplan style view of the property.
