Propertyskipper Website Traffic Growth Continues in 2024

2024 saw further website traffic growth for propertyskipper, with overall website traffic across the four islands in which we operate climbing from a record 2023. This marks an eleventh successive year for propertyskipper website growth. 

Managing Director Peter Goodall said; “Having been active in the British Virgin Islands since 2018, we continue to work diligently in building our local traffic base. We have significantly improved our SEO ranking for all major BVI property search terms in 2024 which has resulted in both organic traffic and enquiry gains. With around 200 sales listings advertised in BVI and 150 rentals, we are well on our way to becoming the destination hub for property search in BVI. We will continue to build on the encouraging trends we have seen in BVI and believe we can gain further traction in traffic growth as 2025 progresses."
