It cemented itself on the map by selling the famous Necker Island to Sir Richard Branson back in 1979 and has had many notable sales since.
In November, Smiths Gore BVI launched their new affiliation with the CIRE | Caribbean network and the rebranding of the residential sales and vacation villa rentals division to; Christie’s International Real Estate | British Virgin Islands.
The CIRE brand is synonymous with luxury and our portfolio of properties stands in parallel with this. Our partnership establishes us as the premier real estate brokerage within the BVI.
