2022 saw further website traffic growth for propertyskipper, with overall website traffic across the four islands in which we operate climbing around 7% from a record 2021. The British Virgin Islands saw traffic growth of 27%, driven by 28% growth in local traffic, a 36% increase in traffic from the UK and 12% increase in traffic from the USA.
Managing Director Peter Goodall said; “As the BVI borders opened in 2022, we saw an increase in traffic and enquiries from outside the island whilst also seeing stronger domestic BVI demand and interest in real estate. Over 2022 we added several new agents to our BVI site which helped add inventory and also assisted in traffic growth as we become a hub for BVI property search. We are optimistic we can continue to build on this growth in 2023.”
