The house at Quart-A-Nancy Point, with approximately 160m (500ft) of shoreline on Manchioneel Bay, is reachable only by boat to a private dock. It is a self-sustaining, eco-friendly property, utilizing solar energy to provide 110 Volt electricity to run all usual household devices. Backup batteries continue to provide power at night, and there is also a backup generator. The house comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
