Nora Hazel House is a fabulous family home featuring open interior spaces, gourmet kitchen and expansive, well-maintained grounds mainly laid to lawn and bordered by mature palms and vibrant tropical planting. One of many features at this villa is the large private pool complete with a shaded, shallow kiddies area making it perfectly safe for all the family to enjoy. 

A brand new state of the art gym with stunning views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel, has an air conditioned indoor section with 2 treadmills, 2 peloton bikes, ski-erg, rower, bench with a full set of  Rouge weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, bands, skipping ropes and yoga mats. For those who prefer fresh air, our shaded outdoor section has a full set of Rouge weights, 2 bars with a full set of plates and a bench, pull-up bar, wall ball target, jump box and battle ropes.   We have also included a refreshing outdoor shower and a cold plunge.

Peak Season - 11 January 2026 – 30th May 2026 (Excluding Prime weeks)
$4500.00 per villa per night (min 4 nights) Plus 25% BVI Government taxes and Service fee.

Low Season – 1 June 2026 – 30th October 2026

$3500.00 per villa per night (min 4 nights) Plus 25% BVI Government taxes and Service fee.
 
Peak Season - 1 November 2026– 14 December 2026

$4500.00 per villa per night (min 4 nights) Plus 25% BVI Government taxes and Service fee
 
Prime Season 2025 – 15 December 2026 – 10 January 2027 
$6500.00 per villa per night (min 7 nights or min 14 nights for both Christmas and NY weeks)

Christmas Check-out no later than the 27th of December
New Year Check-in no earlier than the 28th of December 

10% discount if both villas are rented together (does not apply to Prime Season bookings).
