Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina is a 5 Star, private island destination located just 7 minutes off the coast of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. The resort is a full-service property comprised of 26 classic king guestrooms, 26 king bedded one-bedroom suites, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom luxury villas, 2 full-service restaurants, a beach bar serving lunch daily, a full-service spa, a gourmet market, a retail boutique, sailing school, dive and excursion shop, and concierge. All rooms, suites, and villas have an ocean view. The resort offers private complimentary transfers to and from Tortola each hour as well as round trip airport transfers from the Beef Island/Tortola airport hourly.

The Windward House 4-BR Villa: Perched on a bluff facing south, The Windward House offers sweeping views of the British Virgin Islands, from Virgin Gorda and Fallen Jerusalem to Beef Island and Tortola. Appropriately named, this four-bedroom villa is exposed to constant trade winds, making air conditioning all but unnecessary. The Windward House is perfect for entertaining as the villa has an infinity pool and Viking built-in grill on the outdoor terrace. The third and fourth bedrooms have outside entrances, providing independence and additional privacy. Bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms and kitchen features upgraded gourmet appliances.

Apr 21, 2025 to Jul 26, 2025: for 1-10 guests (4 bedrooms) is $3,529.00 daily or $24,703.00 weekly.

Jul 27, 2025 to Sep 30, 2025: for 1-10 guests (4 bedrooms) is $3,449.00 daily or $24,143.00 weekly.

Oct 1, 2025 to Dec 23, 2025: for 1-10 guests (4 bedrooms) is $3,529.00 daily or $24,703.00 weekly.

Dec 24, 2025 to Jan 3, 2026: for 1-10 guests (4 bedrooms) is $3,769.00 daily or $27,383.00 weekly.

A Government Hotel tax of 10%, a service fee of 10%, and a daily resort fee of $30 per adult (18 years and older) must be added to the room/villa rates. The Resort fee includes unlimited use of our hotel ferry that travels from Scrub Island to Trellis Bay, Tortola each hour, round trip airport transfers from Beef Island/Tortola Airport (EIS), on-island transportation, use of our 24 hours work out facility, use of kayaks, paddleboards, and island-wide WI-FI.
