2019 saw visits to Propertyskipper climb by 26% over 2018. Every island in which Propertyskipper operates saw traffic increase with Guernsey visits climbing 75.4%, Bermuda visits climbing 15.4% and BVI visits climbing 31.2%. Propertyskipper also added Jersey to the the islands covered in Q4 and traffic here is expected to grow significantly in 2020.
Managing Director Peter Goodall said: “We are delighted with the traffic growth we have seen in 2019, despite macro-economic headwinds in some of the jurisdictions we cover, we welcomed almost 1 million visits to our platform over the year and are confident we can continue to grow this through 2020. We aim to be the number 1 property search platform in each island that we cover and in Bermuda, BVI and Guernsey we are either there or well on track to achieving this over the next year or two. We would like to thank the agents that advertise their property listings with us, without their continued growth and support the traffic numbers that we witnessed in 2019 would not have been possible. We look forward to adding new agents to the site over the next year and also helping thousands of house hunters find their dream island home to buy or rent’
