2023 saw further website traffic growth for propertyskipper, with overall website traffic across the four islands in which we operate climbing from a record 2022. This marks a tenth successive year for propertyskipper website growth.
Managing Director Peter Goodall said; “2023 was a positive year for propertyskipper in Guernsey, despite a volume decline in sales on the island, propertyskipper enquiry flow continued to increase over the year. We welcomed Maison Property listings onto the site during the year, taking the number of local agents advertising on the site to 12, we hope to increase that number in 2024 as we continue our endeavour to be the number one property search hub in Guernsey. 2024 is already off to a good start with strong enquiry flow, especially in the high demand rental sector.”
