A good size area of building land (approx a quarter of an acre) to the north west of the island just some few hundred yards from the sea at Platte Saline. It presently has a substantial storeroom to its northern boundary. This storeroom has a single sloping roof, is cladded in upvc and is approximately 580 sq.ft. in area (31.5ft by 18.5ft). A private drive will lead down to the plot.
