"Woodlands" is a beautifully renovated and extended four-bedroom period home in the picturesque surroundings of Petit Bot, in the Forest. Just a short stroll from the beach, with easy access to the cliff paths, it enjoys a fabulous location for making the most of Guernsey’s coastline and yet is still within easy reach of local schools and amenities. At the heart of the home is a wonderfully spacious kitchen/dining room, ideal for everyday family life and entertaining, complemented by a welcoming lounge with a working fireplace. The four bedrooms are complimented by three bath/shower rooms, one en suite. Outside, the private, sunny terraced gardens provide lovely spaces to relax, while ample parking adds to the appeal.
