Located on the east harbour of St Peter Port of the island, Castle Cornet has been guarding Guernsey for over 800 years. There’s a lot more than meets the eye, here you can explore the 5 museums and the 4 period gardens that this beautiful castle has to offer so make sure you spare plenty of time to explore everything that Castle Cornet has to offer.

If you get here early enough you can enjoy a guided tour of the outer areas of the castle which starts at 10.30am to get your bearings which includes seeing the 12 noon gun ceremony that dates back to the early 19th Century.
