2022 saw further website traffic growth for propertyskipper, with overall website traffic across the four islands in which we operate climbing around 7% from a record 2021. Whilst both local Jersey and Channel Island traffic increased over the year, of particular encouragement was the growth in direct and organic traffic to Propertyskipper Jersey which climbed by 33% in 2022.
Managing Director Peter Goodall said; “Having been active in Jersey since the end of 2019, just before the pandemic struck, we have worked diligently in building our local traffic base through SEO optimisation, we are delighted that 2022 really started to see the fruition of this work with a significantly increasing amount of people discovering propertyskipper through organic search. This has also resulted in increased direct traffic flows as Propertyskipper gains traction as a local Jersey hub for property search. We are confident we can build on these encouraging trends in 2023 and continue to add further local agents and gain further traction in traffic growth as the year progresses.”
