2024 saw further website traffic growth for propertyskipper, with overall website traffic across the four islands in which we operate climbing from a record 2023. This marks an eleventh successive year for propertyskipper website growth.
Managing Director Peter Goodall said; “Having been active in Jersey since the end of 2019, we continue to work diligently in building our local traffic base. We have significantly improved our SEO ranking for all major Jersey property search terms in 2024 which has resulted in both organic traffic and enquiry gains. We are delighted to have added Jersey agents to the platform over the year including Indigo Estates and Alexander Carmine Estate and we are confident that further Jersey agents will be advertising on the platform as 2025 progresses. We will continue to build on the encouraging trends we have seen in Jersey and believe we can gain further traction in traffic growth as 2025 progresses."
