Cecilia ‘Cesa’ Edwards is the visionary founder and CEO of Bermuda Longtail Real Estate Ltd, established in 2010. With over three decades of experience, Cesa has built a stellar reputation for providing exceptional real estate services to both local and international clients, guiding them through property sales, purchases, and rentals with expertise and care. 

Cesa began her career in 1991 as a secretary at LP Gutteridge Ltd and rose through the ranks at Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty Ltd, earning accolades such as Top Rentals Agent, Top Property Manager, and the prestigious Global President's Elite Award for Sales & Rentals. In 2009, during a global economic crisis, she boldly launched Bermuda Longtail Real Estate, fulfilling her vision of creating a client-focused agency. 

Her commitment to excellence was recognized in 2018 when she received the Best Real Estate Agent award at the Best of Bermuda Awards. Beyond real estate, Cesa co-owns Soft Landing Relocation (Bermuda) Ltd and Bermuda Longtail Limo, further demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit. 

Cesa is deeply engaged in the community as a board member of the Government Real Estate Advisory Board, chair of the Real Estate Division at the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, and a panel member of the Bermuda Land Valuation Appeal Tribunal. She is also a proud member of the National Association of Realtors.
