Originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, Kim Sheen brings over 38 years of real estate experience to the table. Her journey began with a well-established agency in the U.S., and  brought her expertise to Bermuda. Earning her Bermuda Real Estate License Kim worked with a local firm before launching Kim Sheen Properties in 2013. Her goal: to provide personalized, client-focused service backed by deep industry knowledge and unwavering commitment.

For Kim, real estate is more than a career —it’s a passion. Whether helping a client find the perfect home, secure a rental, or make a smart investment, Kim takes pride in delivering honest advice and exceptional service. She’s known for listening closely, acting with integrity, and making every client feel valued.
