(Hamilton, Bermuda – 30th January 2014) – Bermuda Realty Company Limited (trading as Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty) recognized four (4) worthy staff members for long service with the local real estate services company in 2013. Recipients represented several different service areas within the Company, including corporate administration, sales, and land survey.
“Long Service Awards are presented annually to employees who have demonstrated longevity and innovation during their time with the Company” says Company President & CEO, Brian Madeiros. “We are in a very dynamic industry that requires commitment on many levels. We are very proud of all that our employees have accomplished in their time with Bermuda Realty and we hope that they will continue to thrive for years to come.”
Special recognition was offered to Florence Gillis, who has worked in our Land Survey Division – Bermuda Land Surveys for more than 30 years. Mrs. Gillis originally started as the executive assistant to one of the company founders, Ian Waddington, on 1st September 1983. She currently is acting in the capacity of Land Survey Co-ordinator for Bermuda Land Surveys. Over the years Florence has worked with Land Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors and more recently expanded her knowledge in the various departments within the Company from the Accounts Department to Valuation and Commercial Sales and Property Management. She is truly a valuable member of the team.
Length of Service Awards were presented to the following employees: (l to r) Quinton Burgess – 5 years; Tab Froud – 15 years ; Marsha Daniels – 15 years; Florence Gillis – 30 years.
