Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty adds experienced Representatives to Rental team

(Hamilton, Bermuda – 21st November 2013) Local real estate company, Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty, has added two experienced team members to their line-up of dedicated Rental Representatives. “As we head into 2014, we aim to be in a position to work within the changing landscape in Bermuda and advise Landlords how best to market and secure rentals on their properties” says Susan Thompson, Agency Manager.

Adam Birch began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty in 2004 and has benefited from the Company's mentoring programme, through which he has acquired the necessary skills required for today’s active real estate market. Adam has achieved several company designations, including ‘City Living Specialist’ and ‘Luxury Previews Specialist’. As a rental representative Adam is highly motivated and is prepared to help you with any aspect of renting in Bermuda.

Joining Mr. Birch and the other members of our rental team is a well-known member of our sales staff, Cratonia Smith. Cratonia is most recoginsed for her community involvement in the Company’s annual Toys for Tots campaign. Ms. Smith has been a member of our Sales Team since 2012 and prior to joining Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty she was an associate at Cox Hallett Wilkinson. Cratonia’s goal is to provide her clients with exceptional, innovative service specialised to their individual needs. She believes that it is her creativity and willingness to go that extra mile that will allow her to become a remarkable Rental Representative.

Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty has seen a slight increase in investment purchasers in recently months; particularly within the City of Hamilton. Solid rental returns for purchasers within city developments have led to upwards of 20 leases ranging from $3500 - $4500 per month in the last 12 months.

While prices have stabilized and demand for executive level properties is beginning to resurface island wide, Landlords should be advised that tenants still have many options in our rental market. Supply of residential units will remain high until we see a resurgence of employment opportunities for Non Bermudians in Bermuda.
