Laura Bolton joins Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty as a Rental Representative.
Laura's understanding of excellent customer service stems from a diverse education and a range of employment experiences. Laura attended Queen's University in Ontario, Canada and earned a BA in Health and Geography and second Bachelor's degree in Health.
After returning to the island she spent five years working in various positions in the hospitality industry, before trying her hand at reinsurance. The skills she learned during this time, combined with her natural empathy and patience, allows Laura to provide personalized, superior service.
Laura has always had an eye for design and interest in real estate. She is eager to share these skills, and utilize her customer service skills and knowledge of the island to assist Bermuda's residents with their rental needs. "It's a great feeling to live and work in a country with so many real estate opportunities. I've lived my whole life in Bermuda, and every day I gain a greater appreciation for all that this island has to offer."

Douglas Outerbridge recently joined Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty as a Sales Representative. He has a B.A. in English, McGill University and a B.A. Law, University of Westminster.
Douglas has worked in a wide variety of jobs in the construction industry for most of his life, spanning a period of over 40 years. His resume includes working for BC&M in the accounting department. He then joined SKB Coatings Limited assisting in the development of architectural coatings and roofing products, ultimately becoming co-owner and manager.
Over the years, Douglas has been directly involved with the supervision of a number of construction projects including the recent building of a multiuse retreat center, Spirit House and a high end residence, Captain’s Cottage. For the past 2 1/2 years he has been in charge of special painting contracts utilizing his extensive knowledge of both the construction and architectural coatings fields.
After a thorough analysis of his past experiences, combining law, construction and management, Douglas identified real estate as a natural progression for his skill set. He picked Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty based on its exposure to the market and its high level of professionalism combined with teamwork.
