Experience and Enthusiasm Triumph at RSIR Awards

Two veteran real estate professionals and one newcomer at Rego Sotheby's International Realty (RSIR) received special recognition for their exceptional 2016 performance. The awards, held annually, went to Residential Sales Associate Rhonda Casling, Residential Rental Associate Helen Card and Agency Administrator Kristine Mayes for their contributions to the company throughout the past year.

Ms. Casling took home all three honors of the Sales Department Awards, earning 'Top Selling Agent', 'Top Listing Agent' and 'Top Commissioned Agent’. Of her recent successes, Ms. Casling remarked, "I really have to thank my amazing clientele! Over the course of 18 years, I have been fortunate enough to create a huge networking base. I continue to have repeat clients as well as new clients, all of whom are fantastic people. I understand that buying and selling real estate is one of the largest financial commitments that a person will make which is extremely stressful. I do my best to remove some of the stress so that my clients can focus on the wonderful parts of the experience. I also have the good fortune to work with an amazing support team at Rego Sotheby's International Realty which contributes greatly in being able to provide great service to our clients."

Ms. Card proved to be a standout agent in the Rental Department winning the award for 'Top Rental Agent'. Ms. Card has worked extremely hard throughout her 14 years with the company, "I am grateful to the landlords and tenants who continue to use my services. I enjoy the challenge of finding the right home for my clients and the right clients for landlords’ homes."

While the RSIR Agent Awards focus on recognizing the RSIR team of agents, it is also a time to applaud the hard work of the administrative staff. The 2016 'Top Employee Award' was awarded to Agency Administrator Kristine Mayes. Ms. Mayes, who joined the RSIR team in August 2016, works tirelessly alongside the agents to ensure that buyers and sellers are able to have a seamless transaction. Of her award, Ms. Mayes said, "I am thrilled to be working with fantastic people who always strive for excellence. I enjoy the challenges and experiences this role brings and look forward to another fantastic year".
