What is the favourite part of your job? Client satisfaction and knowing that you have achieved and exceeded customer expectations...whether in securing a property as a rental, assist prospect in buying a home or resolving property management issues.
What is your favourite property on the market right now? Belfield in Sandys listed by Century 21 at $2,250,000.Traditional Bermuda cottage located in a private secluded estate with fabulous ambience and gardens.

What property on the market right now, in your opinion, do you think is really good value? 11 Hogfish Hill on Century 21 website listed for $1,890,000. This beautiful three apartment dwelling located on South Shore in Smith’s has spectacular views of Spittal Pond and the ocean. Great investment property and also offers an option to change to condominiums if a family is interested in purchasing.

How do you see the Bermuda property market over the next 12 months? I think the prices have leveled off and will remain there for the next 12 months and also continue to be a buyers or renters market.
