How long have you been a real estate agent? I have been working in the real estate industry for 2 and half years.
Why do you like working for (Rego Sotheby’s International Realty)? I like working for Rego Sotheby’s International Realty because it gives me the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and dynamic real estate agents in the industry.
What is the favorite part of your job? My favorite part of the job is connecting with people and matching their needs with their wants.
What is your favorite commercial property on the market right now? My favorite commercial property on the market right now is the S.E. Pearman Building.
What property in the hotel-tourism market, in your opinion, do you think is really of good value? In my opinion, a good property on the market in hotel-tourism with good value would be The Loren at Pink Beach.
How do you see the Bermuda property market over the next 12 months? In the next 12 months I see Bermuda Property market remaining steady with the potential to rise depending on confidence in the Bermuda Economy.
What are your top 3 tips when looking to potentially buy Commercial Property? The three tips I would recommend when buying a Commercial Property is:
1) Analyze the Return on Investment.
2) Buy in a Location that is easy to rent.
3) Do market research and due diligence on the property and surrounding areas before you execute any commercial property transaction.
