Liza has worked with Moura & Associates for 12 years and discusses favourite listings on the market right now and some excellent top tips on what you should consider before starting your home search.
How long have you been a real estate agent? I have had the pleasure to be on the Team at Moura & Associates for 12 years.
Why do you like working for Moura & Associates? In a challenging industry it is refreshing to work with a team that nurtures and supports each other, which in turn reflects in the high standards and quality professional service we provide for our clients.
What is the favorite part of your job? The best part of being a real estate advisor is sharing my knowledge with the clients I work with to find them a home where they can enjoy life.
What is your favorite property on the market right now? With so many wonderful homes on the market having to choose one is challenging, but I would choose “Inwood” in Paget for its character and potential as a family estate.
What property on the market right now, in your opinion, do you think is really good value? Which property would I say is “really good value?” well for quality and design and ROI, I would select the S.E. Pearman Building on Par-La-Ville Road. For the savvy investor this is a first class commercial building.
How do you see the Bermuda property market over the next 12 months? Over the next 12 months we will see a continued growth in the market.
What are your top 3 tips when looking a potential new home? My top 3 tips when looking for a new home, besides working with me, I would advise:
1. Before you start looking grab a pen and paper and make a list of the Likes & Must Have features.
2. Consider your lifestyle and how that will relate to your new home.
3. Choose to work with an advisor you feel comfortable with and relate well with.
