How long have you been a Real Estate agent? 18 years
Why do you like working for The Property Group? I enjoy working for the Property Group very much. I have been here for 18 years and have recently taken over the ownership so that speaks for itself. We have a great team spirit here, everyone helps each other. We share with each other things we are working with and get others feedback and ideas which help to satisfy our clients needs.
What is the favourite part of your job? I like the negotiation part of Real Estate. Helping people to meet in the middle and make a deal work.
What is your favourite property on the market right now? 13, the Breakers. I would like to buy it myself. It's a beautiful condo with three beds and three baths en suite with a covered porch and the most spectacular views of South shore. Available to PRCs and Non Bermudians for $1,225,000.

How do you see the Bermuda property market over the next 12 months? I think the recent changes the Government have made in reducing the license fees for Non Bermudians and PRC's will greatly improve the market. We have had an enormous amount of interest from PRC"s wishing to purchase and a few inquiries from overseas prospects.
What are your top 3 tips when looking at a potential new home? 1. Location is the most important thing. 2. Get a bank valuation of the property. 3. Make sure the neighbours are looking after their properties.
What do you think of propertyskipper (we promise not to edit!)? I think propertyskipper is a great tool for searching property, most other countries have a MLS system that has proven to be very successful. It saves a lot of time and the website is very well done.
