Propertyskipper traffic surges to new record in June

Following the end of ‘lockdown’, Bermuda property search traffic on Propertyskipper reached a new record in May and June traffic is set to reach new highs with traffic in June climbing 26% over June 2019.

Managing Director, Peter Goodall said; “Whilst during ‘lockdown’ in April, traffic and enquiries were particularly low, May and June have seen a surge in pent up demand for property search with good enquiries levels across both sales and rentals. Whilst most of the traffic has come locally from Bermuda residents we have also seen good traffic flow from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland which is encouraging as we move into the next phase allowing expats to again travel to the island and relocate.”

Despite website traffic being weaker in April, the strength of traffic growth in May and June, now puts local property search traffic for the year to date well ahead of this time in 2019 on Propertyskipper.
