propertyskipper.com traffic growth continued in 2017, with the site overall seeing traffic growth of 29.3% to 600,000 visits up from 463,000 in 2016. All islands contributed to the growth with longest established market Bermuda seeing traffic growth of 21%, Barbados traffic growth of 80.3% and Guernsey traffic growth of 65.3%. Particularly encouraging was the strong growth seen in Q4 which bodes well going into 2018.
propertyskipper.com Director Peter Goodall said; “2017 was a fantastic year of growth in all our markets, we have seen not only an increase in traffic but an increase in user engagement, increased property enquiry levels, a record number of agents advertising on the site and much greater general advertising interest - in 2017 we re-launched the site to make it optimal across all devices and clearly the time and investment in this is paying off.”
propertyskipper.com plans to launch in a further island in 2018 as it continues to enhance its position as a leading island property portal.
