Agent Rhonda Casling received two awards as ‘Top Sales Performance & Service Agent’ and ‘Exceptional Listing Agent’.
“When asked what I feel contributed to my success this past year I had to take a breath and look back. Frankly, I have been so focused on business I just kept looking ahead,” Ms. Casling commented. “The bulk of my business was repeat business with another large share being the hugely successful Heron’s Nest project. I have been fortunate to work for amazing clients that are innovative and understanding of the market trends. I also am blessed to be surrounded by some of the best realtors in the business,” Ms. Casling remarked.
For the second year in a row and with over thirty years experience in Bermuda’s real estate market, Margaret Young earned the ‘Top Producer Agent’ award.
“I continue to keep in touch with past clients, ask for referrals, and network wherever I go – on the golf course, over lunches, dinners, at church, everywhere,” said Margaret. “My global referral business has increased greatly this past year reaching as far as New Zealand. I also have a great team at Rego Sotheby’s International Realty whom have contributed greatly to my success.”
The ‘Exceptional Rental Agent’ award was received by Liz Wright for the fourth consecutive year. When asked to what Liz attributed her continued success she simply replied, “I just dug my heels in and worked extremely hard. It’s an honour to receive this award for the fourth time”.
