LOOK WHO’S BACK?! For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Sarah Faiella. I began my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty in 2010. I started as a Property Manager, and then moved into a sales and rentals focus where I worked closely with our President, Brian Madeiros, and Agency Manager, Susan Thompson, on a very active property sales portfolio. I eventually evolved into a full-time agent where I worked with my own customers and clients on selling property, buying property, renting property – and everything in between (including but not limited to – unofficial therapy sessions, childcare during showings, family mediation, lawyer liaison, etc.)!
Over these 8+ years, I successfully worked on over 100+ sales transactions. I proudly achieved Top Agent in 2017 and, above all of this, I’ve developed life-long relationships with many clients, customers and industry professionals that have contributed to a beautiful career in a space that I consider my passion.
WHERE’D YOU GO?! After 12 years in the real estate industry, I received an opportunity to give a new venture a try. For the last 1.5 years I’ve been working in Recruitment – a role that used my real estate skills in a different way. I’m a believer that it’s important to try new things and step outside your comfort zone in order to grow. This experience also helped me to hone in on what I’m really good at and what I really love doing – and it’s brought me back to real estate!
