Sue Frith joins Coldwell Banker Sales Team

Sue Frith hails from New York City where she advised wealthy families on all aspects of their financial portfolios for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was a senior marketing executive for SPORTS ILLUSTRATED Magazine. In 2006, Sue married a Bermudian and moved to our lovely island. Through her own home search, Sue realized she had a passion for the real estate business, and became a real estate sales associate in 2015. In her first two years in the business, Sue has sold:

• Two properties in Tuckers Town to International Purchasers
• A waterfront estate in Point Shares
• A condominium that had languished on the market for several years (sold within 90 days of listing the property)

Sue is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School. She and her husband live in Tuckers Town, along with their 7 year old son. They are avid golfers, tennis players and boating enthusiasts.
