In the principle bedroom, there is a King Bed, with bathroom ensuite. Additionally, there is one Queen bedroom, one bedroom with a Full sized bed and the last4th bedroom with two Twin beds, which can be changed to a King bedif requested,these three bedrooms share a full bathroom. For your comfort, each bedroom has split AC units and ceiling fans, with additional split air-conditioning in the kitchen only. Not central air. Or you can just open the sliding glass doors in the living room, dining room, and family room and there is plenty of breeze year-round! Wireless internet is available and TV with cable is available in the kitchen, family room, and 2 of the bedrooms. All 4 TV’s have built-in DVD/CD players. Laundry facilities are available and there is also a new powder room near the kitchen. The closest swimming beach is the stunning Church Bay, a 20 minute walk - also you will not be far with public transport or a cab to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Conveniently, the closest moped and electric car rental company is Oleanders, across from the Reefs Hotel, an approximate 15 minute walk from the house.
