Or you can take a brisk 10 minute walk and you will be in the centre of Hamilton with its array of shops and restaurants. Alternatively there is a bus stop close by and the route 10 and 11 buses run every 15 minutes. There are two grocery stores each within a 10 minute walk. Also within 10 minutes is Ducking Stool Park, a nice scenic spot with a great view of the north shore. You can watch the cruise ships entering and leaving Hamilton Harbour, look for turtles in the north shore waters or enjoy some fishing or swimming from the rocks.
