Sitting area/kitchen with loveseat, breakfast bar and 2 stools, fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer dryer, iron ironing board, a second flat screen TV plus a safe for valuables. Additional patio with comfortable outdoor armchairs and table. Fully air-conditioned and heated. The apartment has its own independent internet connection as well as over 100 channels of local and international television.
